Return Policy

We stand behind our products, but if for some reason you are not completely happy we will gladly accept returns with the following conditions: Returns or Exchanges may be done within 30 days from delivery date. We kindly ask that all valid returns be with attached tags and packaging. Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Refund will be provided. The cost of sending an item back to us is customer's responsibility. If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between ABSTUFFONLINE and the customer directly.

Exchanges:
While receiving the order, if you notice that the product is in a bad condition or the packaging has been tampered, you can contact our customer care  specifying your Order ID and a brief summary of your order. Our customer care executives will ensure a brand new replacement with no additional cost. However, please ensure that the original product tag and packaging remains intact when you return the product to us.

Also, if you are not satisfied with the product and choose to return it to us, please ship it back within 30 days of receiving the order. The product normally reaches our warehouse within 2 working days of the return; we will check the returned goods and process a refund or exchange thereafter.

Moneyback:
We will refund the amount in the same form we received the payment and it is normally done within 2 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Once refunded, an e-mail confirmation is sent to the customer about refund.
